As an instructor who is trying to improve herself in pilates with firm steps, I found the opportunity to attend Anesti’s workshop on Reformer Gym Vibes in person, in Istanbul, Turkiye.

The fusion of bodybuilding and reformer Pilates is a brilliant concept! While bodybuilding boosts strength and muscle mass, elevating power and endurance, reformer Pilates targets flexibility, core strength, and joint mobility.

Together, they help to create a balanced body, promoting muscle symmetry, injury prevention, improved posture, and many more. Additionally, this approach provides a varied and engaging workout routine, keeping exercises interesting and sustainable.
